個人情報保護方針

アクティブ・メディア株式会社（以下、当社といいます）は、事業運営上必要な業務においてお客様等より取得する個人情報を適切に管理することは重要な社会的責務であるとの認識のもと、個人情報保護に関する方針を以下のとおり定め、役員及び従業者に周知徹底を図り、個人情報の保護に努めます。

また、当社が提供するウェブサイト、モバイルアプリケーションおよび各サービス(以下、「ウェブサイト等」という)をご利用いただくお客様は、本方針に同意されたことになります。

第1条　定義

「個人情報」とは、生存する個人に関する情報であって、次のいずれかに該当するものをいいます。

1. 当該情報に含まれる氏名、生年月日その他の記述等または動作・音声等の方法によって特定の個人を識別することができるもの(他の情報と照合することができ、それにより特定の個人を識別することができることとなるものを含む)。
2. 個人識別符号が含まれるもの。

第2条 管理

当社は、個人情報管理責任者を設置し、個人情報保護法および関連法令に基づく社内規程に従って、お客様から取得した個人情報を厳重に管理いたします。ウェブサイト等では不正アクセス、漏えい、改ざん、破壊などからお客様の個人情報を守るために十分な安全対策を講じていますが、お客様のスマートフォンからウェブサイト等に信号が届くまでの過程につきましてはこの対策がおよびません。お客様ご自身で安全を管理してくださるようお願いいたします。

第3条 利用目的の明示と利用

当社は、お客様から収集させていただいた個人情報を以下に掲げる目的のために利用することがあります。なお、個別の企画・キャンペーンやお客様向けサービスなどにおいて以下に掲げる目的以外の目的に個人情報を利用する場合は、その都度、あらかじめ利用目的を明示したうえで個人情報を取得します。

• お客様に対するウェブサイト、eメール、モバイルアプリケーション、SNSその他の連絡手段による商品やサービス等に関する情報提供や広告の表示・配信のため。
• お客様に対するウェブサイト、eメール、モバイルアプリケーション、SNSその他の連絡手段による各種キャンペーンの当選通知やポイントなど特典獲得のご案内、賞品・謝礼の提供のため。
• マーケティングや商品開発、サービス改善の統計的データとして利用するため。
• お客様に対する商品の品質やサービスの向上を目的とした新商品の試食、モバイルアプリケーションなどに関するアンケート調査のご協力依頼およびアンケート調査に付随する諸対応のため。
• ウェブサイト等の更新やウェブサイト等におけるコンテンツ(従業員・アルバイト募集情報等を含む)のご案内のため。
• 他の提携企業の商品やサービスについての情報を提供するため。
• 従業員・アルバイト、フランチャイズオーナーの応募への対応のため。
• 従業員等の雇用管理及び連絡のため。
• お客様からのお問い合わせ対応、お客様への商品配送対応、その他必要に応じたお客様との連絡のため。
• その他、これらの目的に付随する目的のため。

当社は個人情報取得時に明示した目的の範囲内でのみお客様の個人情報を利用いたします。また、事前に明示した利用目的と関連性を有すると合理的に認められる範囲内で変更する必要が生じた場合、個人情報を利用する以前に、お客様に対して通知するか、またはウェブサイト等にて公表いたします。なお、その関連性を有すると合理的に認められる範囲を超えてお客様の個人情報を新たな利用目的に利用する必要が生じた場合、改めてお客様のご同意をいただいたうえで利用させていただきます。新たな利用目的にご同意いただけない場合は、お客様の個人情報を当該目的のために利用することはございません。

第4条 個人情報および個人に関する情報

1. 当社にて取り扱う情報
   氏名、生年月日、性別、電話番号、住所、郵便番号、メールアドレス、購買履歴、ポイントID、ポイント利用状況、その他入力フォーム等からご提供いただく情報。
2. ウェブサイト等を利用いただくことで自動的に取得する情報
   端末情報(端末ID、IPアドレス等)、ログ情報、Cookie、位置情報およびその他のインフォマティブ情報(AAID、IDFA)。

第5条 個人情報の委託

当社は、十分な個人情報保護の体制を備えた協力企業とのあいだで厳格な個人情報保護の契約を結び、お客様の個人情報を処理するためにその情報を委託することがあります。このほかに、商品等をお客様にお届けするために配送業者等に対する氏名、住所などの提供する場合があります。

第6条 第三者提供

第5条(個人情報の委託)の場合を除き、当社は、お客様の同意を得ずに、お客様に関する情報を第三者に提供することはありません。但し、以下の場合には、必要最小限の範囲で、お客様に関する情報を事前の承諾なく第三者に提供することがあります。

1. 法令に基づく場合。
2. 人の生命・財産の保護の必要がある場合。
3. 公衆衛生の向上又は児童の健全な育成の推進に必要な場合。
4. 警察・裁判所等の公的機関への協力が必要である場合。

第7条 お客様の権利(個人情報の開示・訂正・削除)

お客様は当社に提供した個人情報の開示を当社の個人情報保護管理者に請求することができます。お客様はお客様の個人情報に間違いがある場合はその訂正を求めることができます。さらに当社の運用に問題があった場合、その情報の削除を請求することができます。

お客様の個人情報の開示・訂正・削除の手続きについては当社のお客様サービス室までお問合せください。

• 本人確認ができない場合、個人情報を廃棄・削除済みの場合、業務の適正な実施に著しい支障を及ぼすおそれがある場合等、一定の場合には、開示に応じかねる場合があります。

第8条 この方針の改訂

この個人情報保護方針は、収集する個人情報の変更、利用目的の変更等によって改訂されることがあります。改訂後は新方針を適用いたします。改訂にあたり個々のお客様に通知をすることはなく、このページの変更をもって公表いたします。定期的にこのページをご覧になることをお勧めします。

Privacy Policy

Active Media Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") recognizes that the proper management of personal information obtained from customers and others in the course of business operations is an important social responsibility. Based on this recognition, we have established the following privacy policy to ensure all executives and employees are fully aware of it and committed to the protection of personal information.

By using our website, mobile applications, and various services (hereinafter collectively referred to as "the Services"), customers are deemed to have agreed to this Privacy Policy.

“Personal Information” refers to information related to a living individual, including but not limited to:

• Information that can identify a specific individual, such as name, date of birth, or other descriptors, or through audio, visual, or behavioral characteristics (including information that can be cross-referenced with other data to identify an individual).

• Information containing personally identifiable codes.

The Company shall appoint a personal information protection officer and manage personal information obtained from customers strictly in accordance with internal regulations based on the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and related laws and ordinances.

Although sufficient security measures are implemented to prevent unauthorized access, leakage, falsification, or destruction of personal information on the Services, these measures do not extend to transmissions made from a customer's smartphone or other device. We ask that customers manage their own information security accordingly.

We may use personal information collected from customers for the following purposes. When using personal information for purposes other than those listed below (e.g., specific promotions, campaigns, or services), the purpose of use will be clearly stated at the time of collection.

• To provide information or display/distribute advertisements about products and services via websites, email, mobile applications, SNS, or other communication methods.

• To notify customers of campaign results, award points and other benefits, and deliver prizes or rewards.

• To create statistical data for marketing, product development, and service improvement.

• To request cooperation in surveys (e.g., regarding new products or mobile applications) and to carry out related actions.

• To provide updates or announcements on the Services and related content (e.g., recruitment information).

• To provide information about products or services of partner companies.

• To handle applications for employees, part-time workers, and franchise owners.

• To manage employment and communications with employees.

• To respond to inquiries, deliver products, and communicate as necessary with customers.

• For purposes incidental to the above.

We will use personal information only within the scope of the purposes stated at the time of collection. If we find it necessary to change the purposes within a reasonably related scope, we will notify customers or publish the updated purposes on our website or apps. If the new purpose is beyond what is reasonably related, we will obtain the customer’s prior consent before using the information.

• Name, date of birth, gender, phone number, address, postal code, email address, purchase history, point ID, point usage history, and other information provided via input forms.
